For our company, as part of the registration process on the Site, Pan Asia Specialities may collect the following personally identifiable information about you, like: Your Name including first and last name, mobile number and other contact details, alternate email address, demographic profile (age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.),Postal code and information about your access or visit to the pages of the site, the links you click on the site, the number of times you ingress the page and any such browsing information.
- The packing of the product you order for is done under supervision and extra care. So we are not responsible for any loss, theft or breakage while delivering the order. Our liability to the parcel ceases after handling it to the courier company.
- We have contact for delivery with highly reputed courier companies, and all deliveries are scheduled through these reputed companies only. We generally prefer shipments through Blue Dart or Safexpress Logistics as far as possible, or we use some other reputed courier service providers.
- You’ll be delivered a message when the seller will ship your package of the product that you’ve ordered. You’ll also be provided with a tracking number to track your package en-route.
- Sometimes, it is possible that you may be charged extra like Octroi or duty etc. which is to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.
- The company is liable to change the price, availability, and specifications of the products without any prior notice.
- From the date of receipt of the orders, the usual lead time is 2-3 weeks.
- Under no circumstances, Pan Asia Specialities will not be liable for any damage or loss including: incidental, consequential, without limiting or any other damage that results from the use of the products/services offered by the company’s site.
Cancellation and Return Policy
- If you want to cancel an order, then do so at the earliest.
- If you have to cancel your order before it ships, then you will be given store credits of the same value as you’ve already paid.
But once your ordered product is shipped, and then you proceed for cancellation, your amount will not be refunded.
